His working career started with Agricultural Development & Services Agency in Agribusiness, before taking on roles in Capacity Building & Micro Enterprise Development for different Community Based Associations (CBA's) as an Institutional Capacity Building Consultant. He worked with Bobline Technologies, UK and was as a key resource and member of the projects team with Shell International Exploration and Production (SIEP), EP projects, Nigeria.
He has carried out a number of roles as an independent consultant, including several tasks and assignments successfully in environment, agriculture, rural development, and technology and health sectors among others.
He is a key member of the Osun Rural Enterprise and Agriculture Programme (O-REAP) Planning and Coordination Committee and a Senior Consultant to the Office of Economic Development & Partnerships (OEDP), in the Office of the Governor, State of Osun. He is also on the Management Team of Fresh Direct, Nigeria and a few other companies and business concerns.
Gboyega has Master’s degrees in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Information Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture. He obtained his postgraduate degree from Cranfield University, UK and Bachelors from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, while also pursuing a Doctorate programme in Decision Support Systems. He has several affiliations and is a keen systems and process analyst, project manager, a specialist in spatial decision support systems and integrating technology solutions for businesses.
He has attended several training programmes and courses including; Value Chain Analysis and Development, Interface Management, Project Management, Systems Analysis (SSADM), Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring and Stakeholder Management among others.
Lanre comes from a strong IT and technology consulting background spanning over 20 years, gained within the financial services, technology and consulting industry sectors on large and complex Integration, Divestment, Transformation, Regulatory and Change programmes.

Lanre holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, an M.Sc. in Information Systems and a Postgraduate degree in Management from Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom.
Lanre leads efforts within ERC related to integrated solutions and strategic business development.
Prior to joining ERC, Deji’s most recent experience was with SnRV Projects Limited where he was responsible for Business Development and Solutions Sales. He delivered several operational applications and solutions including the Customer Information System (CIS), CDR Store, Bonus on Incoming Calls and Loyalty. Before this engagement, he was a Senior Technology Manager at Ultra Electronics Limited UK for several years. Other experiences include Market Research Manager at Enigma Business Consultants, UK and is a director with Siglisi Solutions Limited.
Deji has a BA degree in Economics from Coventry University, UK and has attended several courses in project management, project development methodology, relationship management, E-Government to mention a few.
